If you are looking for a posh motel this is not it but the room was clean and had everything I needed i was in there cheaper room$65 a night it was great value the bed was nice comfortable will definitely stay again.

Motel Stay Review My stay at the motel was a pleasant experience. Vivian was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities, making it convenient for my stay. Towels were replaced daily, and the room was cleaned daily, which added to the comfort. The motel is also conveniently located close to shops and cafes, making it easy to grab meals or do a bit of shopping. The pricing was reasonable, offering great value for the services provided. Value for money. lovely comfortable bed.. and easy drive to the Riccarton hub/mall (shopping and dining) Warehouse and even an OP shop across the road. Definitely an older style motel but clean and tidy. shower was a little compact and low pressure but otherwise we'd stay again.

The owners were good at communication and friendly in their txt messages. The place was clean and tidy. However: This property is very dated, with old chipped bedroom cabinets, stained basin and an incredibly uncomfortable, saggy bed which the springs could be felt through. If I’d been planning on more than one night, I’d have checked out and moved elsewhere.

Although the location was good, the place was old, especially the bed which had what must have been a broken spring as it literally sunk to the side when you were in it. Also the constant noise from the cars passing by, the businesses outside, and/or the nearby freeway will definitely cost you some hours of sleep.
