Property was ideal for me, it was within walking distance to the venue I was attending Might have said it had 50 Sky Channels but only came across the sport channels, which was ok for me but couldn't find movies channels

Would have liked light switches above the bed. The mattress was a bit hard. More tv channels As said above the service was excellent as was the cleanliness of the unit.

This place is ok, step up from a back packers but wouldn't recommend for kids or for a long stay unless just need a cheap place to crash!

Rooms look somewhat modern, when we arrived at 7.30pm with 3 children, all the windows were open and heater off, it took ages to heat the rooms up with the bathroom and kitchen door closed as those rooms seem to stay very cold. Beds are comfy. Could do with a bit of a fix in some areas the cupboard in the kitchen is broken, and behind one of the beds the skirting boards were rotting.

It was reasonably priced so that's great but once you get inside, first thing you notice is weird smell. The bathroom was so old and really hard to open and close those sliding doors. A whole foor needs to be cleaner. Anyway you can walk to the city centre. Needs upgrading and more cleaning but overall it's alright. Thanks

We found the property clean but in need of maintenance, the Bed was comfortable but moved around on the caster's, The morning of the second night there was a trail of Ants from the front door to the Kitchen and into the Fridge which only had a bottle of milk inside. The location was handy to town and the nightly rate was a reasonable price.

The room we had was double booked accidentally. I was so very impressed with this place because they had already arranged another room at another location. It was a definite upgrade and it did not cost us a penny extra. Thank you for making this such an easy transition

This property has self check in and check out so any problems do not get back to the staff as a result the heating in the bathroom didn't work and there was no way to get it sorted also the double bed moved around the room and we had to brace it with two chairs against the kitchen table.

This motel is best value for central CHC. There is no bells and whistles. Its perfectly fine to have snack meals in and put your head down. Great transit motel for the money. Very roomy and not cramped. We stayed 5 nights and very happy as we were out every day.
