Take a short beautiful stroll along Otakaro/Avon River past our Earthquake memorial to Riverside Eateries, local bars and retail precient. Or explore the Botanical Gardens, visit the Museums and Art Centre. A perfect spot to explore all our beautiful city has to offer.
The space
As you enter the unit, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The living room also opens to a private front yard where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or dinner.

The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and cookware for you to whip up a delicious meal. The dining and open plan living is perfect for enjoying your meals with family and friends.
