The ground floor encompasses a warm and sunny living room with cosy fold out sofa bed, dining table and chairs and 55 inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils you need for your stay, including a washer/dryer and brand new Nespresso machine!

We ended up staying in a different property than the one listed due to a booking hiccup, but Marilyn was great organising a different property for us, which was really helpful. The property we stayed in was very clean and tidy, nice touches with some nibbles and lovely decor. Had everything in the property that you wound need for a short or long stay. Thanks Marilyn.
I booked this townhouse for 40 nights as I was migrating from Melbourne to Christchurch. It was the best decision. This townhouse was perfect for me. I had my parents come and stay with me over Easter and they loved it. Its a great spot. Very close to everything you need but at the same time very quiet. The property is walking distance to New World and Fresh Choice as well as bus stops Its also an easy stroll of 1.5kms to the heart of Christchurch, Marilyn was lovely to deal with and happily answered all my questions. When I arrived at the property I was exhausted and I was thankful that there was a milk in the fridge, tea and coffee available and some yummy snacks. Most motels and hotels do not provide this! I would happily stay at this property again and will be recommending to any family and friends who come to Christchurch. Thank you Marilyn and Colin. FIVE STARS FROM ME
