Great place for us
Hamish was friendly, helpful and a gracious host. We appreciated the suggestion of dinner option at a local fish and chips place where we ended up eating both nights we were there, delicious. The gardens were beautiful and the tiny house was exactly as we pictured it. The views from the bedroom window could not be better, one of the best sunrises we have ever seen.

CUTE COMFY TINY HOUSE
Fantastic wee home, close to awesome cafes & walks & beaches. So neat. Mattress a little firm for my liking but that is only a personal preference as opposed to a negative comment. Well appointed & just fun! Hamish was lovely. Their home/property beautiful.
Definitely recommend for a fun getaway👍

2 day couples getaway
This home looks exactly like the pictures, such a tranquil and beautiful spot. The window up by the bed added to the atmosphere and was so magical when it rained. Hosts were wonderful too and gave us lots of privacy.

Cute little tiny house
This property is a beautiful tiny house near Taylors mistake. Need transport to get there and is a fair way from Christchurch centre. It was clean. Enough equipment for 2 people . You do need to be able to climb the ladder to get up to a comfortable bed, as described. There was no milk of tea provided and just e
Tranquil environment.
You do need your own transport to get there easily. Beautiful location. Helpful host.

Gorgeous tiny house
We had a lovely stay at the tiny house. The room offered dappled sunlight the whole day, perfect for reading a book and relaxing, with windows situated on all walls, allowing the sea breezes to flow through. It was a wonderfully relaxing get away for my young son and I.

Wonderful getaway location
The house itself is adorable and has all of the necessary amenities for a short stay. The location and views are stunning, and the local area is full of things to do. The owners were lovely and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place, and will likely be back on my next holiday.
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here, very cute spot, and a great base to explore Sumner from.

Up high on the hill
Situated in the owners backyard garden. Car parking is on the street. The tiny home is compact but has everything you need. No TV. Unlimited Wifi. The loft bed has a firm mattress. At 66 yrs I managed climbing up and down the ladder and crawling into the bed

Great spot
Well presented tiny home. Loved the location for something different, a jog to the heads to explore the WW11 guns at the heads was a highlight.
Hamish was a great host and very accomodating letting us store the bikes in the garage.

Small cottage, great stay
Nice location with great views.
Cosy cottage with everything I need.
Like the place very much
The property was perched atop a hill in Scarborough. It was a tiny house ... and it was tiny, though plenty of room for two of us. The house gardens were beautiful and there were plenty of walks and drives to be had. Hamish & Ronene were lovely.

Excellent beach staycation!
My partner and I decided to book Hamish's spot for a short staycation in Christchurch and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right near Sumner beach so with plenty of walks and cafes near by. The house itself was adorable - a quaint cottage just enough for two people with all the amenities required. Getting up to the loft does require a bit of balance and fitness but it was so fun and the roof window was great to spot paragliders in the distance. Hamish was a lovely host - very friendly and easy to get in touch with.
