The staff did fine, the guy who checked us in and out was kind. The breakfast was fine, but could’ve offered more protein options. The rooms were big and I liked that ours had a door separating the two parts. The walls and windows seemed very thin. We woke up whenever a motorcycle drove by. The floors were not very clean— I couldn’t walk barefoot because my feet would end up dirty. The toilet/shower room was pretty gross— the walls and floor seem very old. The pool had cigarette butts in it and the hot tub wasn’t working. Over all, the place was ok for what we payed.

Stay away from this property as hotel management completely denies customer ever complained and lies about it. They don't rectify any complaints nor even attempt to. Unsafe place full of shady people, shower pressure insanely low, AC unit was not working at all, front door was very very hard to open and required a heavy push to open. Not the service you expect for top dollars you pay for this property. Stay away.

The housekeeping at this place is terrible. Had to send towels everyday to get washed so from 11 am till 4pm we had no towels. They never did housekeeping in the 4 days we stayed there. Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels. Will never return here.

This is not a 4 star property. The outlook is very ordinary but the room was very clean. The water has no pressure so good luck with taking a bath. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The rooms look nothing like the advertised photos I picked this because the name Wyndham was involved but the room wasn’t as clean neither was the underliner to be bed the shore the toilet it was fine to sleep in for a few but not what I thought. The breakfast bar was limited and small the nicest part of that place was the check in lobby.
