Overall clean, no fridge or microwave. Ants were in the shower looking for water. Some broken bits around the room. Shower handle, AC control limited, room door wouldn't close easily and bounced open if you didn't force it closed. Area was noisy with sirens. But overall much nicer than most. Provided parking, free water or champagne every day. $9.99 breakfast, was decent. 4/5 stars.

I loved that it was upgraded and clean and not looking like the 90’s. My only complaint is that the king sized bed mattress was too soft and the wooden frame underneath creaked whenever you shifted your weight. The staff was really very pleasant. I just stayed one night after attending a family reunion so it suited my needs, clean bed, air conditioning, complimentary water bottles, clean towels and and updated bathroom and room. It was small but the bed was a king so that was all I needed for my husband and I.

Hercor Hotel was really nice! The staff were amicable, and the overall property was decent. The surrounding area had a lot of good dining options, and it is an easy walk to catch the trolley. I would definitely come back again.

When we arrived we checked in and walked into a dirty room, they gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned. The person in the front desk didn’t believe us so he had to come check for himself. They gave us another one which the ac nor tv remote worked at all. That same night at 1:30 am the room upstairs in 407 I believe had been making noise for an hour in a half. You can hear a child running back and forth while we were trying to sleep

Early half hour check in and complimentary champagne! There was an issue with our key card it was not working and they were nice enough to switch us rooms. However the other room there was glass on the shower and the TV was not working.

It was a nice small room, and it did what I wanted it for. The employees were friendly, and helpful. Some things I didn't like is that the a/c made a loud noise about every 5 minutes, so it was a little difficult to sleep at night. Just a warning for people who like to have cold drinks, they have no fridge in the room. You'll have to walk next door for a cold drink. I'm not counting this against them, but their Internet went out for a little bit, and was unable to watch TV because it required Internet. Overall, it's a decent place to stay at for the money.

I didn’t like very much about this property, but I will say the rooms are clean very small. No room to even put your suitcases down good for one night but no longer.
