I often travel to Hanoi and this was my first stay at the Royal palace Hotel.
I highly recommend it: best location in town, fantastic service and staff, new and super clean. Don't hesitate and book it!

I liked my stay overall. The staff was always nice and helpful. The bath tub is tiny for me (6 ft tall). Also the shower controls don't work well. Water barely comes out the shower. The faucet part doesn't aim into the tub. Also the drain didn't work properly. I felt the bathroom could be cleaner as well. I didnt use the restaurant, spa or roof bar.

The staff here are so nice and helpful and really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are really nice, great location and awesome bar on the roof. Ill definitely be picking this hotel again.
