The apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing south-west away from the street. The apartment consists of a 1 ½-room apartment and a 3 ½-room apartment, which are connected by a connecting door. From the balconies you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Stores, stores, public transport, ice rink and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A perfect ski-in / ski-out with the two top snow sports areas Arosa Lenzerheide with the Churwalden-Heidbüel panorama lift and the Pradaschier ski area with toboggan run and zipline will make your winter vacation a true winter dream. The Kinderland and the children's lift are located right next to the ski areas - right on the doorstep of your vacation apartment.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub/WC, shower/WC and a washer-dryer. In the modern kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes. The living room has a fireplace for cozy evenings.
The 1 1/2-room apartment offers space for up to 2 adults. The apartment has a combined sleeping and living area and is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes etc. In the bathroom you will find a shower and WC as well as a washer-dryer.
