"What a beautiful house and the owners had such well appointed extras for us. Don't let the neighborhood scare you off. It looks like a neighborhood being revitalized so some house have started and some not. But the location to the Alamo and Riverwalk is great and we did the Natural Bridge caverns too which was only 25 min away. The hot tub was a great extra that we enjoyed. Also we brought our pup and were welcomed with a dog bed and crate, bowls, toys and a jar of treats!! We are coffee...

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. A couple things to note - while there were enough beds for our large group, the room with the bunk beds is not actually a private room, as it must be passed through to get to two of the other bedrooms. Also the game room that doubles as a bedroom is...

"We had a great time! The house and location were awesome! The house was spacious and open. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. We would definitely come back again. The kids loved playing in the garage. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the pool, so we were happy to have the hotub. Only negatives were no working icemakers, couches a bit stained and dirty. Our friends staying in the shed bedroom complained about the ac window unit being too loud to use at night. The title of this house rental...
