"The property was Clean, well kept and maintained. The caretakers did a great job. The layout was good for a large group/family. Everything was well stocked and provided for. It is obvious great care goes into this property and the location is good to explore Chianti and Florence. We had a great time and all was very nice. "The villa is fine, albeit rustic, A/C does work well. Irene is the host and she is wonderful and very helpful. The most difficult aspect of the villa is access. For those who drive (and I think you must) once you leave the main road it is quite challenging. All in all a very nice place to stay and fairly advertised. It needs better signage for access."
