"Check-in was slow. They encouraged us to upgrade because they said the bed might be too small. Older hotel, but most everything was ok. They did give extra pillows when asked. "I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is close to department stores and street food, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Most importantly, however, the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've encountered. Thomas and his team were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me great tips about the city and made my trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, espcially because of the excellent front desk team...
