The location and easy parking can't be beat. Way more affordable than nearby hotels!

For our stay it was super convenient to the zoo ! Parking very convenient as well. We were able to walk to a local carry out store ( D&D ). Offered amenities but since we were just spending the night before a zoo trip we didnt need to use them . Nice to know they were available if need be.

Everything was decent, the bathroom just wasn’t up to my standards of cleanliness. Other than that everything was fine.

The property itself was great, however, the neighborhood was unfortunately run down and had tons of homelessness. The second we entered the neighborhood myself and even my child thought it was a little sketchy. The address I was given took me to a completely different property but as I drove further down the road I was able to locate it. That being said, I do appreciate the price of this stay as the hotels were outrageous and Johnny was a great host!
