If you are looking for a quiet retreat/gathering this Historic 1860's Farm House has all the modern amenities, yet all the charm that you are seeking. This amazing 4200 square foot house and 3 acre property looks like the perfect place for events, but we have neighbors and are not booking for events.

Our Farm House is the original Fruit Hill Farm that the area is named for. It features award winning Flower Gardens with pathways. Zen Garden with a stone therapy foot labyrinth. Saltwater Heated Pool (open and heated from about May 1st until October 1st). Huge Wisteria Covered Pergola. Trellis's, Flower & Veggie Gardens. Catch and Release Stocked Fishing Pond. Nature trails and so much more. A veranda styled porch overlooks the large fountained pond. A Back Awning Covered Patio with two teak loveseats and outdoor patio lights with a fountain.

Full Sized Pool Table. Large Dining Table for Fourteen. Three Fireplaces. Five Bedrooms. Four Full Bathrooms. It is a large well supplied kitchen with heart pine plank floors and a table for six. Although we book nightly, we will consider monthly rentals, for monthly rates please contact us for pricing. Washer and Dryer are located off of the kitchen.

A king sized bedroom is located on the main floor (with a TV), this bedroom shares a fullbath with the comings and goings of the main floor. The second floor hosts: a King sized bed (with a TV) with an ensuite bath; another King sized bedroom (with a TV) shares a Jack and Jill bath with a double twin trundle bedroom; two bunk sets for a total of 4 twin beds has it's own private ensuite bathroom. The Farm House has two large family rooms, each with a large TV (75" and 65") and fireplace. One has a leather L shaped couch and a full sized pool table, the other has double couches, oversized chairs and ottomans.

Anderson Town Centre is a quick drive or walk away. It features, Kitchen 1883 (Krogers latest venture into great dining), AMC theaters, Kroger grocery, Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Carrabbas, Jump Zone, and many eateries.

We are 4-5 miles from RiverBend Concert Venue; Coney Island Amusement Park and Belterra Park Casino and Racetrack. Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium and The Banks are 11 miles west of us in downtown Cincinnati. Tour the Ohio River on a B&B Paddle boat. A quick drive to all that downtown Cincinnati and Over the Rhine has to offer while relaxing in an amazing country estate.

The Miami, Little Miami and Ohio Rivers offer kayaking, canoeing and boating options. The Ohio to Erie Bike Trailheads offer parking with local shops, breweries and eateries to explore along the walk/bike route. Our favorite bike trail EVER is just a 10-12 mile drive to the quaint Newtown, Ohio trailhead. The full sized recreation of Noahs Ark encounter is an easy 45 mile drive away. Come stay at this extraordinary piece of history while you explore all that the Riverfront of Ohio and Kentucky have to offer.
