+ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.

+ PARKING
1) The signage on Wade St for parking can be a bit misleading as it states "Non Permit, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm." However, parking rules are in effect according to the meter rules still.

We recommend that guests use meter parking on Elm St as there are usually lots of parking available.

In general, here are the parking enforcement rules:
8a-9p, Mon - Fri
9a - 9p, Sat
2p - 9p, Sun

Download the Cincy EZ Park app to pay online (also makes it easy to reload and pay to add more time). The meter usually lets you pay for up to 3 hours at a time.
**NOTE: If you receive an error message using the app, just keep trying until it works!

PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIGNAGE.

2) There are also paid parking lot options nearby:

+ Right across the street is a 3CDC lot. You must pay for parking using the QR code posted on the lot signs (the easiest and simplest option, in our opinion). The cost is about $15.50/day.

+ 1530 John Street (TQL Stadium/West End Garage) parking lot is $5/day. However, if there is a game, you should consult with the lot attendants to see if daily option still applies.

+ 1229 Elm St (7min walk)

+ 1310 Elm St (Washington Park Garage, 8min walk)

+ 1429 Vine St (3CDC Parking, 8min walk)
