"Check in was easy. The front desk staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the view was great. It’s close to the streetcar as well so there’s free access to all downtown offers. The only negative thing was that the elevator in the garage was out of order, which meant getting all the luggage up multiple flights of stairs. "
