"A series of unfortunate events could not describe our experience here. It was a lovely place in theory, but, initially, we had to put forth a lot of effort to get it the way we expected-CLEAN. The unit has a lot of potential. It's beautifully decorated, the bedding and towels were decent quality. But when we arrived, it was clearly not prepped for our visit...although it was paid off a month in advance. The shower of the main bath was taped off with a huge DO NOT USE sign, the couch cushions were stained, the 2nd bedroom linens had pet and human hair between the sheets on both beds and the unit had a foul pet-related(?)odor. It clearly was not properly cleaned before we arrived. Communication was very poor. Although each item was eventually resolved, it took several phone calls and texts over 2.5 days to get everything straightened out. We were told the same day we came (after several phone calls) that we could use the shower as long as the shower times were brief. However, we had to wash all of the sheets ourselves before using them, and we had to deal with the pet odor coming from the furniture the entire weekend until Monday when they sent someone to clean them. This was all quite an ordeal to tackle while on vacation. If the management could have been a bit more responsive, I think it would have gone much smoother. "service was wonderful. beds were great. pools were warm and handicap entry was self control and easy. all public areas inside and out were wheelchair accessible. knock out views. we loved it. "

"My son (6 yr old), wife, mom and I stayed at this property. It was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Neighbours were kind. Grounds were well kept. The pool and hot tubs were good. There was a trolly stop 5 minutes from the rental. The trolly is free from May-Sept. Salt Creek Beach was a 5 minute trolly ride and is a great beach. The property had some boogie boards, beach chairs and sand shovels. They left us laundry detergent which was helpful, as there is laundry in the unit. The property management team was great. Good communication and accommodated our request for a cot or blowup mattress. I would recommend this place."
