"Overall the stay was very pleasant however, much to our surprise when we returned the first evening, we found my grandson’s clothes he had left on the floor covered with large ants. There was no food in the room to draw the ants and we wondered how they had invaded his room, which was where the bunkers were situated. We did enjoy the amenities of using the well stocked kitchen and use of the laundry room. "

"This was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Circuit of the Americas and it is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was wonderful to work with- he met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us how to use the pool and elevator. The houses are well equipped with everything that we needed and very clean. It was a great choice for our group of friends."

"This was such a lovely place to spend some time. Beautifully appointed!! Big back yard and a grill to boot. The town is quaint and charming with interesting small businesses and a great place to take walks down to see the river or watch the trains. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances were all fairly new and worked great. so many little details. This is a house that has a lot of love present. Thank you!"

"There are a number of issues with the listing 1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. 2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival. 3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house...

"We stayed at this property for the Fourth of July ! Everything was listed as is ! The property is exceeded our expectations! We definitely will come back . The only bummer was that the hot tub was having issues so we couldn’t use it . 9/10 if you ask me :)"
