"This was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Circuit of the Americas and it is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was wonderful to work with- he met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us how to use the pool and elevator. The houses are well equipped with everything that we needed and very clean. It was a great choice for our group of friends."

"There are a number of issues with the listing 1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. 2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival. 3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house...

"This place is beyond beautiful. Just a short 30mins drive out of Austin, gets you in this secluded, private area. The place feels very safe, even though it is surrounded by nothing but trees, farms and ranches. This places has good network connection on mobiles PLUS active Wifi. Regarding the Home/Spartan Campervan - it is as good as a home. It has everything, there was absolutely nothing missing. very cozy, very comfortable, and very very picturesque. The property has a lot to offer for...

"Every summer my brothers and sister and spouses get together for a few days to relax and recharge. The house was a great fit for the ten of us. Ample bedrooms and baths. Management was very quick to respond to our questions. We were a little disappointed with the outdoor amenities. Pool lights and patio chairs need to be maintained. All in all a nice place, but needs a little TLC to address some minor issues. "
