Summary:
Kingfisher Lodge is a contemporary styled, luxury home on Cotswold Water Park near to Cirencester in the Cotswolds. The architecturally inspired, lakeside home sits directly on, and has stunning views over, a 28-acre lake & the property benefits from a large decking area which gives you the illusion of being suspended over the water’s edge. The house has underfloor heating & a private hot tub. 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, each with en-suite bathroom (armchair bed in master is 7th bed)

The Space:
The property is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The spacious living/kitchen/dining areas makes the property an excellent option for group holiday bookings, family gatherings or simply a short break with friends. Each bedroom is of a large size with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a private lakeside balcony with seating and has an armchair bed if required for a seventh person.. The other two bedroom have the flexibility to provide either a superking bed or two singles. One of the bedrooms/ensuite is on the ground floor for any members of your group who find it hard to negotiate stairs.

We take up to 2 well behaved dogs. For smaller breeds we may accept 3 - please discuss with us prior to booking if 3 dogs. A pet fee applies.

Kingfisher Lodge is within walking distance to the picturesque village of South Cerney and Cerney Wick, home to some fabulous country pubs, local amenities and country charm. It is also only 4 miles from Cirencester and less than an hour away from Bath, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham.

Enjoy water sports, fishing, walking and nature trails throughout the immediate area, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst enjoying the view over the lake.

The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in the southern Cotswolds only 4 miles from Cirencester, the Roman capital of the Cotswolds. It is within 30 minutes of Bourton-on-the-Water, Upper and Lower Slaughter, Stow-on-the-Wold, Castle Coombe, Bibury, Burford, Broadway and Chipping Campden. We are just under an hour away from Bath, Oxford, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and we are about hour and 20 minutes from London Paddington on the train.

The house is in the middle of Cotswold Water Park - an area of outstanding beauty. There are many outdoor activities within 5-10 minutes drive or walking distance of our home including kayaking, paddle-boards, wake boarding, jet ski-ing. There are numerous options for walking

Getting Around:
A car is ideal to get around as there are so many Cotswold villages and attractions to visit whilst staying with us.

Alternatively the nearest railway station is Kemble, 7 miles away or Swindon 15 minutes away.

There is a local bus route that goes from the end of the lane and goes to Cirencester and Swindon for onward connections.
