Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

Set with a grassy area infornt and at the water’s edge on Mallard Lake in a peaceful & spacious area of the Hoburne Cotswold park is this beautifully presented lodge. The lodge is fully equipped for a luxurious stay.

Perfectly positioned to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas & within a few minutes' walk to the main Hoburne park entertainment area and surrounding lakes
The glass-fronted gives uninterrupted views across the lake from the lounge & decking area.

The accommodation offers two bedrooms: the double room has a king-size bed, ensuite walk-in shower room & toilet, TV, wardrobe & additional storage.

The twin room has two single beds, a TV, wardrobe & storage plus a separate larger shower room with toilet.

The spacious kitchen offers a full-size fridge freezer, large gas hob, double oven & microwave, dining table & seating for four.

The light & airy lounge has 4G internet & smart TV.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.

During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available.
Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows.

The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development.

During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment.

If you have already booked with us for this period, any resort fee paid will be refunded.

We have secured use of the facilities at Cricklade leisure centre which is just 10 minutes away from the park – no membership is required but bookings should be made 48hours in advance prices can be found here https://www.crickladeleisure.com/prices/

We have also a 10% discount off all pay and play hire at South Cerney Outdoors (Lake 12), this includes Canoes, Paddleboards, Kayaks and katakanus, they open weekdays until April and then will extend into weekends.
