"Stayed here for just the one night but would have been happy to stay more. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed this before the under 5 minute drive into Cirencester where there is a nice village style high street with an array of eateries plus shops. Room was comfortable and quite spacious, shower room had a double walk in shower, heating was very toastie and we woke up too hot; could have and should have turned the radiators down but was nice when we first came in from the cold. Nice in room toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Would recommend for a stay and we’ll be back if over that way again to try the spa "

"Friendly welcome. Characterful building, both times I've stayed here so far I've had rooms with old, original features eg old beams. Clean and comfortable rooms, firm but comfortable beds. If I'm going to nitpick, the low water pressure makes the shower a bit underwhelming, but I'm really being fussy. The food is homecooked and so good, especially the pies! Friendly service in the restaurant. My hotel of choice when working in the area!"

"Always have a pleasant stay . Food at inn lovely , staff friendly , nice room . Would recommend . Due to the change of weather twin room a little cold as the radiator next to one of the beds didn't really throw out the heat. On the plus side the red hot water from the bath was a welcome bonus ."

"Very easy to find reception as it's all well sign posted. Checking in was very easy and they were ready for us early. Staff were very friendly and informative. Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We booked breakfast which was a full English style buffet, pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices etc etc. well worth it. Plenty of parking, there was a conference going on whilst we were there and parking wasn't an issue. We booked an apartment, very nice! Spacious clean and tidy. Absolutely love that the shower gel/shampoo hand wash is Pengaligons. Smelt amazing. There's an outside gym too, walk paths of you fancy going for a walk. Definitely will visit again."
