"Nothing unique, restaurant was nice, buffet was laid out very well and staff very nice, not all speak english, so there was some issues with languages. Bed was nice, room had ussues, especially air conditioner, but we mived the bed to the middle of the room to sleep somewhat cool. "

"Last year, we were accommodated in a much newer and more comfortable bungalow. This time, however, we were given an older one in comparison to the surrounding options. I may be mistaken, but it gave the impression that certain nationalities might have been given preference. "We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "

"Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard. The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! I asked the reception if they could get someone to check which I believe on the second time of me complaining someone did come up, but unfortunately it just leaked everywhere again so I was using the towels from the bathroom to soak up the water. "
