"This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! "

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. "The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
