"Nice to have the additional space in the apartment and a good kitchen, covered parking too. Very close to the water. Enjoyed the bats at night!! Bedrooms did not have AC but had fans, so ok. Fans in bathrooms didn’t seem to work. AC in main area was great but condenser unit was on balcony so was hard to keep apartment cool and enjoy the balcony. "

"The views are breath taking. Watching a storm rolling in and seeing lightning through the clouds was amazing. Close proximity to the sand dunes for a picnic at sunset was ideal."

"We paid extra for a upgrade to beach side apartment ,the beach was 200 m away behind the trees with water views only from the 4th floor look out.the lock to the apartment didn't work & the toilet had a leak . Only 2 adult push bikes for hire & one had a flat tyre ."

"House was well supplied and layout suits larger groups. It is situated a bit away from the main resort/facilities and up a long steep hill so using a car to get back and forth is essential. Water glimpses from upper level. Main living area is air-conditioned but bedrooms upstairs are not. ( do have ceiling fans) so can get hot in summer. House is comfortable and would stay again there. Reasonably priced."

"Kingfisher Resort offered most things, we were disappointed that one of the pools was closed. One of the restaurants (Sand Bar and Bistro) was also closed. This left limited options for meal times. Staff were turning people away from the main Sand and Wood restaurant and advising people to go to Dune instead. This was despite only four tables being occupied! Not good when you have only just arrived. "
