"The owner was very helpful in responding to us. We enjoyed the quiet location where we could relax and do laundry when we weren't spending time with our friends nearby. We did bring our own toilet paper to supplement what was left in the house and we paid a bit extra to have bedding and towels provided. All in all, it was a very desirable location. Our children liked the proximity to a beach and the nearby market."

"The beautiful view and space was luxurious! The host was always available and helpful. The fresh fruits and vegetables shared with us by the land manager were delicious!!! And pool was clean and well kept. The mattresses and pillows are very old and uncomfortable and very much need to be updated. Some of the full size beds were actually two cots put together. "This was a perfect stopover between Naples airport and Calabria! Only 2.5 hours from NAP. Prior to my arrival I was informed via WhatsApp of all the codes to enter the building and parking lot. Marialucia and her sister are great and friendly hosts. The building is easily accessible off the main highway. The building is 3 story with 2-3 rooms on each floor. Below is a fruit and vegetable market. It is on a main road with some traffic during the night. There is an access code for the large parking lot next door, as well as main door, door to the floor you are assigned and to your room. We had a basic room with a large bed wardrobe desk and private bathroom. It had AC. Which we did not need. We slept with balcony doors open ( screen intact). Simple breakfast of pastries espresso cappuccino offered from 7-10:00. Water bottles in room. We stopped to visit a friend in Castravillari on our way from Naples- it was a nice stopover. I’m glad I found Green on an internet search. And that they had a room available. I highly recommend. It’s friendly and comfortable. All we needed for a night thanks Green!!! "

Excellent rustic stay

"Relais il Mulino was an amazing experience I highly recommend anyone who is visiting Calabria to stay here. The hotel is surrounded by nature making it a peaceful and relaxing place. I also loved the architecture, which was very rustic. The service was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return for a 2nd visit. "
