Communication from the owner was extremely efficient, appropriate, and detailed, the check-in was seamless and we were greeted with customized gifts from our host. "My dad's family is from the area. He wanted to visit with my siblings and I to show us all the family landmarks and places from some of his adventures "back in the day". This house was the perfect location (close to everything we needed to see and just down the street from some relatives). The house was stocked with everything we potentially needed, and the views were so pretty. Would stay again if back in the area."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The ATV trails in Leota are some of the best in our great state of MI! The only issue was that mice have made their way into the residence. We took exception to this and slipped Mickey a mickey and showed him the exit."

"This vrbo was exactly what we were looking for, for a long weekend with our family. We did a day at the Soaring Eagle waterpark with our kids. We didn't want to stay at the hotel, so this was a great option to relax and have our own space. The kids absolutely loved all of the board games, the pacman arcade game, and the lego table! We had our coffee by the river in the morning and roasted marshmallows by the bonfire at night. Great stay! "

"Overall, the stay was great. The views were stunning and the property was beautiful. Our group enjoyed fishing, swimming, fires and kayaking, plus relaxing on the wrap around deck. The house is great for big groups, although the beds are not as accommodating as per the listing. Note for future guests- bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and a dish sponge or cloth for dishes as there was not enough provided. Also it’s a bit of a drive into town & shops were closed before 4pm on a Saturday....

"We were visiting for our daughter’s wedding and this property was perfect. It’s tucked away in the woods and on a river, beautiful scenery! Our grandkids spent some time with us and there was so much to do! Games, disk golf, basketball, pool table, the list goes on and on- we all hung out on the deck and used the grill. The weather was perfect and the property was fabulous! We will be back!"
