"The unit was well designed, tastefully furnished and quite comfortable, with a two story design that allowed for a spacious open area and functional kitchen, with the second level containing the two sufficiently large bedrooms and a bathroom. On site laundry was a definite plus and the complimentary laundry detergent was much appreciated. The unit was within walking distance to most Hobart Attractions and the staff was first class; professional, friendly and courteous. We clearly enjoyed our four day visit and would gladly stay at St. Ives again."

"The hotel is closed to the CBD and also the pier (within 10-min walk). Very spacious and clean room with good kitchen, nice and professional staff. Very good car-park (but not free, need to book with your hotel room) within the hotel area. The skybus stop is just at the entrance of the hotel, so you come to hotel via skybus easily if you do not rent a car."
