"My husband and I stayed in Connie's apartment in Zumbrota for a weekend. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided to make us feel at home and welcome. Connie's communication with us was excellent, check-in and check-out was very easy, and she did a great job providing us with helpful information. The location was great. A gas station/convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and fun shops were less than a block or two...

"We appreciated the accommodations and flexibility of the property owner in making our stay possible and very satisfactory. Its well suited to a single person or couple. More than that it would be a tight fit. The laundry is coin operated, but we appreciated that they were available to us so we didnt have to visit a laundromat.. "

"Stayed at this sweet house with 3 adult sisters. Was a beautiful , clean home! Despite some initial issues we had, the stay was amazing !! The owner and property manager were completely responsive and kind. The issue we had was quickly resolved and they even gave us a gift card for a local estery for our issue! Very kind of them! A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. "This is the second time we have stayed here at the Cobblestone in Faribault. The people and staff are fantastic. They are attentive when ever there is an issue.
