"This would have been a great stay but the management did not say that there was a lot of construction being done on the hotel. My wife and I walked to our room to find a bunch of workers in most of the rooms. This was very unsettling because they were in every room but ours and it was a mess. Once we entered our room it didn’t get any better, it was not clean at all and the shower did not drain. The microwave was there but not close to a plug. I had to rearrange the room in order for the microwave to work as well as plugging in a lamp on my wife’s side of the bed. We were really disappointed in this because the employees there were very polite. I do not feel that we should have been charged what we were being that all this was going on and without notice, if we were warned we would have stayed at a different hotel. Only because of the construction mainly but the shower and dirtyness did add to it. "

"Very nice place to stay. Beautiful wooded location with a porch you can sit on and enjoy nature and wildlife, even a friendly cat to visit with. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Full kitchen. Plenty of "sitting room". Location is close to many things to do."
