It was a nice hotel. The outside looks old but inside was beautiful. Breakfast was good but there was no egg. Egg is the main thing for breakfast. The service was good just checking in that was difficult and we paid $20 for check in early. We’re from out of town and checking in in other hotels wasn’t hard but microtel was gave us a hard time. We checked out 3 hours early so I don’t know why checking in was difficult. Holiday inn and other nice hotels I stayed at always ok with me checking in early eventho they didn’t know I would checked out early. The cleanliness needs to be better. I found a hair in the tub, spit on the side of the bed and the corners in the bathrooms had dirt. Maids need to do a better job. Also we only had two towels I asked the front desk for towels the lady said she would brought some when the dryer was done. None, I ended up going to walmart n bought us towels and wash cloths.

Property was functional but our sheets were dirty, they rooms were dirty and didn’t seem to be renovated at all. Even the sheets were dirty. I didn’t touch the food. There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor. The guy who checked us in was rude and rushing and not attentive when we came in and out. Our keys kept demagnetizing. I’m just disappointed by the overall experience. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Needed to stay a couple more nights, and this was super easy to do. Check-in/check-out was very easy as well.

For a smaller hotel, this one wasn't bad. Our room was clean, but the biggest downfall we encountered was the breakfast accommodations. The french toast sticks were a plus, but they were added to the hot bar frozen. I had to heat them up on a styrofoam plate in the microwave. I also took a drink of my daughter's milk and it tasted spoiled. Aside from the breakfast, we had a good stay.

To start it off it was a last minute booking because I had things going on but that’s neither here nor there. When we first got there it was nice we checked in got our keys and went up to the room. Upon getting to the room we made sure everything thing was okay and good . First ,we tried to turn the lights on from the main switch and that didn’t work. Then we were like okay and later found another way for lights so it didn’t really affect us at first . Then when we tried to take a shower the tub would start to over fill and the water wouldn’t go down while you were showering , so you had a pool and a shower at the same time AWESOME experience if you tell me. On the day before our check out we asked them about extending our stay for the next day to check out and they said it was okay when I walked down in the morning . when I was coming back up after lunch they said we couldn’t extending because “100+ People are coming tomorrow” which indeed did not happen at all. So after they said we could extend they said we would get “15%” off of the room since we had stayed there. We don’t get the 15% off and they said we couldn’t get it back with the 60$ direct deposit that we had to do at first. The people are rude and don’t stand by there word the only people that actually helped were the cleaning ladies so tip them good if you even Decide to come here. and if you do be ready to hear them ask abt getting their rating up on these reviews . But i’m sorry bud you’re getting 1/5 from me .

The staff was great. Very respectful. & if you’re wondering about the quality of everything, it is all perfect. For the price, you can’t beat it. I felt as if I was staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel. The TVs are also smart TVs so you don’t need a device to plug up. It’s great. Hope this review helps!

Watched front office tell elderly couple they wouldn't give them a ground floor room,then didn't offer to help with luggage..... really? You are the owner they pay your bills and you won't even offer to carry an overnight bag up a flight of stairs???? In our room we found old soap on top of the tub surround, the baseboards had grime caked on top of them, trash left on top of the microwave..... it was late when we arrived or i would have liked elsewhere..... I guess for the money it was okay. Just check your room before you pay.
