"We are a family of three who stayed at Hotel Villa Grande for five nights. The hosts, Charlotte and Keld, showed us excellent hospitality! The cleaning is super, and so is the breakfast! "A fuse had gone so my room was 4 degrees when i arrived after a long drive. In fact not much worked because of that, but i did have light in the bathroom and hot water there. Staff were apologetic, but i was not given a refund or similar. I tried calling staff at 2330 and also at 830 am, but nobody was picking up. I got electricity back 1100"

"Da vi ankom skulle vi kontakte et nummer som ikke tog telefonen, men ringede tilbage kort tid efter. De var meget behagelige at snakke med. Vi blev positivt overraskede over at få et værelse med eget bad og et lille køleskab. Da vi kom ind på vores værelse fandt vi en brugt snuspose på gulvet og en stor klump hår på badeværelset. Lamelgardinerne kunne ikke vendes. Sengene var lidt hårde. Der var lidt tvivl omkring udtjekning, men vi ringede til det samme nummer som indtjekning og de var igen...
