The Shiraz Homestead was so spacious, loved the big bedrooms, one with a four poster king-sized bed which was lovely & comfortable. The deck was perfect for an afternoon wine and morning coffee/ breakfast that is supplied at the cottage. Great spa bath to relax. "I was in the area for work and thought this place would be good. Unfortunately, my colleague had a bereavement and could not come. I realise a refund was impossible of course ... the stay was imminent - but did think that if there was a mutually convenient time - something might be possible... I have done this with illness and this was the passing of a son... but I also paid for the breakfast for both rooms ... and even that was charged and not consumed! and apparently on arrival ... was advised...

"Loved our stay. The unit was beautifully presented inside and out with generous breakfast provisions provided. The bed was comfortable and the hosts have provided everything you may need for your stay. I loved the bed pillows provided, one soft and the other firm to cater to all needs. The outdoor area was inviting however because of the cold we enjoyed sitting in front of the sliding doors enjoying the morning sun streaming through. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."
