"This was a nice little house to stay in for a night instead of getting a hotel room. Less expensive and more space! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Just being picky but the fan in the one bedroom moves a lot and was quite noisy but it was fine. Would stay here again!"

"I love it! This house lived up to the pictures. The house is clean and beautifully decorated; I can tell the owners take pride in making it a quality place to stay from the penny tile and mosaics in the showers and tile designs on the bathroom floors to the refinished original woodwork and exposed brick, to the furniture and wall decor and to the little oasis on the deck and the sensor lighting for the walkway. "We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group."

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"
