"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. "8 of us stayed at the River & Charm. It was a great experience on 10 acres with nice fall weather. The house and cottage were clean and open with tons of space. Just a quick 5 minute trip into town for anything you may need. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Would book again! "

"The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid."
