Adorable and accommodating downtown Clayton home, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, brewery and shopping! Fenced in yard and pet friendly.

The Space:
Beautifully updated and comfortable home in the heart of downtown Clayton. This home had three bedroom and one bathroom, private fenced in yard, large back deck with tons of seating and outdoor fireplace, in house laundry, and tons more to make sure that each guest is relaxed and enjoying their stay! We do allow pets with a two dog max and a pet fee of $100.

Guest's have access to entire home with the exception of one owner's closet.

I have stayed here twice now with my pups and it is literally like a second home to us when we stay. I love this home and the neighborhood. The host is great with any requests, and Communication you may need. This house has a home feel too and is very clean and comfortable love it.

This is why I won't stay again
This property was a dump. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Railings loose and disconnected entering into the front door. Loose stairs and rotting wood on the back steps. A rotting shed in the back yard with boards haphazardly shoved against gaps in the fence. The entire floor was full of dead cockroaches when I entered the house. I'll stay at a motel next time; at least it would be clean and safe.

Great space in this home. Fenced yard for the dogs, very clean and the beds were comfortable too. I plan to stay here every time I come to visit my family in Clayton. Molly was also very good with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Love my stay here.

1940's house with cozy feel. Huge kitchen, good size bedrooms, fantastic location. Walk to downtown Clayton with all its restaurants and shops. Definitely going back.
