The Trail House is professionally managed by Digs Co. | Vacation Rentals. Our boutique, full service company is committed to providing stellar guest experiences and raising the bar for the vacation rental industry. Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.

Centrally located, The Trail House is walkable to all that downtown Cle Elum has to offer. With access to plenty of trails for the mountain bike enthusiasts, snowmobilers, hikers and nature lovers, this home offers a welcome retreat from a day filled with fun.

MAIN LEVEL
Constructed in 2023, The Trail House offers a beautifully designed space that is perfect for families, friends or a couples getaway! The main level is an open concept layout making dining, relaxing and enjoying time together a breeze. Our guests are welcomed with a rotating selection of wine and snacks!

KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for our guests to prepare meals. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer and sugar. A french press and tea kettle (with coffee grounds and tea!) are also provided for guests who prefer it. The full size refrigerator and pantry space make collaborating on meal prep with small groups easy.

SECOND LEVEL
Comfort is key and that's why the beds are furnished with Avocado mattresses. Avocado Green Mattress crafts certified organic mattresses, pillows & bedding using natural and renewable materials to ensure luxurious, supportive sleep.

Upstairs, features 3 bedrooms and an additional, intimate living space with a pull out sofa. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet with shelving and hangers and full bathroom.
The second bedroom boasts a king bed and dedicated work area with a closet.
The third bedroom is set up with a queen bunk with twin above, smart TV, bean bag and closet.
Full washer and dryer available in the hall closet. We provide washer pods and iron for guest use.

BACKYARD
The backyard hosts the 7 person hot tub, propane BBQ and fire pit (propane provided). Relax in front of the fire and take in the beautiful night sky in the comfortable and sturdy outdoor adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit. Outdoor games coming soon in the summer of 2024!

GARAGE
The garage hosts a game area featuring a cocktail style arcade table and foosball table. A great spot to store your bikes, paddle boards, or other permitted outdoor equipment out of the elements. Featuring an adventure themed mural created by a local artist, this fun space is sure to be a hit for all!

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and using sustainable products when possible. Our home is equipped with an EV charger for guest use and powered by solar panels. Guests will find that we have limited packaging on our amenities and are using recyclable products where appropriate.

If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. We came to town for a wedding. The house was just lovely! Each room beautifully decorated. Everything in its place and so new ! Walk to town, but also quiet with inviting hot tub in the yard . I’ve been renting VRBO’s for years . This one is a winner !
