It was nice. Lityle yard outside my door with beautiful Clearlake on other side of gate. Quiet and peaceful.

The service from the people who had it previously was better than today it is too dirty with dog or cat hair much to be desired I do not recommend it and they even charge more for the dirty cabin..

We stayed in the cabin facing the lake, with a balcony overlooking the lake. It's a beautiful spot. They are in the process of upgrading the rooms but we would stay there again.

I really hate to write a bad review but I am still reeling from the experience of what we had to stay in for over $200 per night. I feel extremely misled and cheated to start since the name on Expedia is not the name of the place when you arrive. It was a sad ramshacked cottage Falling apart and left to its own devices. We were in shock when we pulled up but thought maybe it was just the outside that was so dilapidated. Inside was just as bad - dirty, smelling (smoke deep in old carpets), uncared for, paint chipping, cracks, windows that don’t open and have no screen for the ones that don’t. Hazards and unkept nature everywhere you look. Drafty, cold with no heat, heater or extra blankets. I could maybe accept this if it was $50 per night but not at the price we paid. Could hardly walk outside as the smell of people smoking weed was overpowering especially with our young kids. The “games” room was a horror - pool table full of dead big mosquitoes, arcade games all off, dingy, dark and dirty. Lawn and chairs left haphazardly. It may have once been nice and cared for but something happens along the way where not even the grass or weeds were trimmed. So sad. Also when we arrived before she realized we already booked and paid through Expedia, she said the total would be $171, $30 LESS than I paid. That was another disappointment. Be aware. Not worth it at all.

The cottages were nice but could have used some updating. We loved the convenience of the boat ramp. The stay was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back here to stay in the future!
