3 bedrooms, 1 is a Master King suite with a door closing it into a full bathroom on the first floor, additional guest bath on the first floor. Upstairs is 2 more bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and a shared full bathroom with a shower tub/combo.

Mayfield is a village in eastern Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. It is part of the Cleveland metropolitan area. Mayfield Village is bordered by Highland Heights to the west, Mayfield Heights to the south, Gates Mills to the east, and Willoughby Hills to the north
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park only in the driveway or the devils' strip but not on the grass. Otherwise anywhere on the street on either side.
No smoking or substances inside the Airbnb. Butts must be disposed of in an ashtray in the backyard of the property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the premises. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the property or fumigate the home for the following guest.
No parties or public events of any kind. Unless requested prior to booking. Additional fees and a security deposit of $450 will apply.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is firm. If unregistered guests arrive without notice, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund.
Quiet time after 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
For, your family and friends ( & pets) safety, this property has exterior cameras (audio/video), ring doorbells and blink cameras that are in plain view in public spaces, front yard, and back yard and are monitored regularly.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and outside receptacles at check-out.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
This is not a pet friendly home due to the expensive furnishings, registered service animals always welcome, but we do require notice so that we can properly clean the home following departure for guests with allergies. Service animals are expected to be with their human and not left unattended in the house at any time.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.
Also please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 when leaving. AC is off or set to 72 otherwise in warmer months.
Report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
On check-out, when time permits: wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to basement, and always throw out the garbage before checkout.
