Great stay in a historic old building - we loved the art deco style. The free meals and drinks were much appreciated but the food, particularly the dinner, was a bit underwhelming. Fitness center had a few treadmills that weren't working but overall it was good. Staff was really exceptional, friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay.

This is in a beautiful historic building in downtown. You can find some history in the revolving doors at the entrances and the phone booths.

The only thing I did not care for was the front desk clerk. Of the day of arrival she checked us in. She had no personality, Not helpful, Acted as she was being inconvenienced when you asked her questions. Next, Noisiness of children running and playing in the hallways early and late at night. Other than that, the Dury- Is an awesome hotel to stay in Cleveland.

Beautiful building & good location. Room was clean except for carpet & chair. Carpet really needs a good clean as does the chair. Outside of window also very dirty. Elevator doors also need cleaned on inside. Staff, including valet, were very nice & did a great job. Thank you!
