I checked in at 3pm ish and checked back out at 5pm ish ( had an emergency and had to leave) but they still charged me the whole entire stay for the night Even though I was only there for two hours, absolutely effing ridiculous!! Apparently they had said, said that they had to pay and have the cleaning people clean the room. I was there for 2 hours and used the TV, Toilet and the chair. Never even unpacked anything was on my phone dealing with a serious family matter at the time. Like I said effing ridiculous!! They could’ve at least given me half my money back I would’ve thought that would’ve been acceptable. But instead apparently they are VERY MONEY HUNGRY!!

The person at front desk that checkedvus in was rude and preoccupied with a friend. Also , please add the word "Continental " in Free breakfast. Room was beautiful.

This " Suite " hotel is more a short term hostel than a hotel. Full time "residents", police at the hotel twice in 48 hours, and more shady stuff in rhe front parking lot. We were looking for a clean and quiet hotel suite. We got the worst.

Sweeping under the bed does not seem to be a priority. The pillows leave a lot to be desired. Also the air unit is located directly under the window so when it is on, it is constantly blowing the curtains around and they won't stay closed for privacy.

The price for a nights stay was great. Full kitchen in room. The room was clean and no odor. The hallway were dingy. The staff was very friendly.

The property was in a quiet and convenient setting. The mall was close by with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely return to this location again. Nice room and a friendly staff!
