Overall great experience. This property had a unique industrial charm in a renovated multipurpose building. We were very close to downtown venues without being in the thick of the chaos. Perfect for our short getaway. Would definitely book again.

Nice place and location, could have used a few things
Place was just as listed and enjoyed our stay very much, but a few little things. Could have been a little cleaner( dead bugs in window sills, to be fair those bugs were everywhere outside) and the kitchen could use a few cups, maybe some wine glasses and a few plates.

Nice place sketchy parking
The place itself was pretty nice and clean. The parking was located about a block away across from a gentleman's club and a bunch of, what appeared to be, closed restaurants. I did not have the safest feeling walking back there at night The kitchen was seriously lacking in essentials. There were no forks, bowls, mugs, etc. If you book VRBO to use the kitchen, this is not the rental for you. The location was great though, you are only a few minutes away from most everything. he location
