More space than you need
Perfect place for our crazy weekend of a family wedding. Plenty of rooms for all. Very clean and close to the required spots. The Christmas Story house was a major one. Tiny issue that was quickly handled by the host.

Comfortable place to stay
Clean and comfortable. Third bedroom and second bath on third floor was perfect for a friend who was staying with us, so she could have her own private area. Had to leave early but wanted to stay in bed because it was so.comfortable

Strenuous for us.
I guess I failed to pay attention that it was a multiple floor duplex. Other than than that it was a beautiful house and very clean. We were two older couples and getting up and down the stairs was a hard difficult.

The house met our needs and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were there for a concert at Jacobs Pavilion and we chose this house vs staying in a hotel. There was plenty of room for our party of three.

It was a good stay. The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and bath rooms were updated compare to the rest of property. Some home improvement is needed especially the ceilings.

Good location for us
We were in Cleveland for a concert at Cain park, and this location was excellent- close enough for an easy walk. The house was comfortable and appointed with all the basics. It is an older house, so expect some creaking floors and interesting aspects. I loved having morning coffee on the upstairs back deck in the morning. We would stay there again!

Work just fine for our family
This was a quick stop, stay one night, visit for our family. The house was old but clean. The beds and bedding were ok. Nothing wrong with them just very firm. Air conditioners in each room kept us comfortable while sleeping. Bathrooms are updated nicely but the kitchen is plain and would have been functional but not easy to cook in with our family of six. We have four kids and the little sitting room on each floor was nice for the kids to spread out after so much time together on the road trip.

Fun stay in Cleveland

This is a 3 story house, located close to restaurants and 10 mins away from the museums. House is from 1905 and bathrooms are renewed. I liked the experience of being in an old Ohioan house.
