◆ Each guest has access to their individual unit as well as a shared laundry room within the building.
◆ Guests should note that there are stairs to navigate. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a "garden apartment" as it's partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to climb up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Parking is provided with one off-street reserved space. Guests are requested to park in the designated area and not on the side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

◆ This unit is located on the 3rd floor, and there are 7 steps leading up to each level. In total, there are 21 steps from the front door to Unit 9 on the 3rd level.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more are provided free of charge during your stay.
◆ We provide complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished, so you will need to purchase more if needed.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
