From check in to check out we Do not have a single complaint. Room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the queen suite with fireplace. Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The woman that checked us in and was there all evening was so incredible, she was the perfect person to give off a first impression of this place! Breakfast also had many options, was organized and very tasty. Would stay again

Main lobby area is very nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Room HVAC was tricky trying to get the right sleeping temperature and the fan was loud.

After a long trip,we could not park our car at admission due to two vehicles blocking the semicircle entrance. The entrance should have been cleared for access. We were three adults . The couch in the suite was really small for three adults . The third adult had to sit on the most uncomfortable single use chairs . The heating system was questionable . Why? cold air was released from the upper vents and the room was 68 degrees. Breakfast was fine . Wish it was earlier so we could depart earlier,even a half hour woukd help .
