"We stayed here mainly because it had a free parking spot right in front of the cottage. It was located midway between the platt and the co-op for groceries. Having a kitchen and store nearby helped us to not have to eat out every meal, but there are many great restaurants in the area. The living room window has a nice view of Lobber Point and if you stretch your neck and look right, the sea comes into view! PI is full of noisy seagulls and Cobblers is no exception. They live on the roof and squawk all night. This actually didn't bother us at all! The beds are fairly comfortable with nice fluffy duvets. Washer:dryer combo is nice to have as long as loads are small and you can wait a long time for it to dry. The cabin has lots of storage with a nice bathroom and shower. Towels are furnished. Bring your own wash cloth if you need that. Living room furniture is comfortable and the TV is small but you can get Netflix and You Tube as well as local stations. It was cool watching the Fisherman’s Friends movie while we sat there listening live to the same sea gulls!! The walk down to the platt takes about 5 minutes. Coming back is mildly strenuous. The walk up to the Co-op and the top of the village restaurants is a little more strenuous. Just take it slow! This is a wonderful, friendly village and worth the trip! Things to do in P.I. Walk and Talk Doc Martin tour - ask for Mike! Boaty with Jeremy Brown, sea glass hunting, & spotting the Fisherman’s Friends and more!! Enjoy!"

"Absolute stunning property with all the quirks you would expect of an original Port Isaac fishing village cottage. Bed comfortable, bedding high quality. Highly recommended. Had problems with WiFi but pretty sure that's a location issue. "

"This was our first visit to Cornwall and Port Isaac. Waypast was a great location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed Port Isaac, especially as the daily tourist rush reduced and things became quieter in the evening. We enjoyed sitting on the platt for the evening with a drink from The Mote. Fortunately, we had incredibly good weather. The cottage is so comfortable. It is well equipped, lots of room and well located for walking around Port Isaac. With both a front and back garden we had outside options regardless of the time of day. Also, being next to The Cornish Cove Tea Room is a bonus. Athena was so helpful since we were new to the area. There is no parking for Waypast but for two nights, Port Isaac Bay Holidays had some parking nearby at another property that was not occupied so they offered that parking to us. It was so convenient. We highly recommend Waypast and Port Isaac Bay Holidays!"
