"Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again."

"I was traveling with my husband and two boys (13 and 11). We were able to to walk everywhere-which we loved! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I slept in the bedroom with the queen. My younger son slept in the 2nd room with the twin. I was a little confused about other sleeping arrangements. So anyone that needs clarification, there are two roll away beds that are in the closets. You are able to put one in the living room/kitchen area. I think this set up works for families or a friends weekend. It doesn’t really fit 2 grown couples, unless you prefer to sleep apart. Not a big deal to us- I just would want to know! We just made up the sofa with the sheet set, and he slept there. We travel with a fold up wagon and that works well for transporting your belongings up to the apartment. We found parking on the road and had no issues. There is a workout room down the hallway and it was great! The vibe of the entire place was super cool- we would definitely stay there again. "
