Room for improvement
"At the reception for complimentary drinks on the 15 we stood in line for at least 10 minutes when we wanted drinks. The bartender kept leaving the bar. When the keg had to be changed she told him he would have to pay for the other beer he chose. So much for complimentary drinks."
