Three star only because of the location. Walkable to everything Old Town, Jameson, Guinness etc…. The only thing you are paying for with this hotel is the location and the great fact that the rooms have A/C which we needed on our trip in August. They put us in a room with view of scaffolding without letting us know. For the price of this room there should have been some notification. Aweful view and definitely not 5 star service at all.

The staff and rooms were great!! Always kind and helpful- even going above and beyond. I would’ve liked a outdoor seating area, but that design not a complaint.
I would stay here again. It’s in a busy location and they make you feel safe and welcome

This was a well located property, with easy access to coffee shops, and the tram.
Downsides, upcharge to check in early of 50 Euro's (we have travelled to many other countries and they just let you check in)
There are no supper dining options near by or in the hotel if you have been on a day trip.
