"Good size house and backyard however fencing needs to be repaired if having dogs in yard.Garage door remote does not work.No house rule manual available.Flywire screens need cleaning.Good walk to magnicent botanical gardens.Could not find swimming pool in yard-wife not happy."

"Was great for our 3 night stop in Sale- great he convenience of washing machine in the room, dishwasher a bonus, stove cooktop & large fridge-good. 2 way room access meant we could sit outside on tables on grassed area to enjoy. Convenient to walk to Lake Guthridge, shops & dining. Perfect base for a holiday in Sale & surrounds."
